All tutors receive annual safeguarding training, and are aware of the policies and procedures to follow should they have any concerns about a child.

All tutors are required to have an Enhanced DBS check before commencing work for SPARKS Education.

All group sizes conform to recommended adult to child ratios for the ages being taught.
