Following proven successful leadership of a Primary for almost a decade, Rosie offers school consultancy support to Primary Schools in Kent and East Sussex, with a focus on strategic planning, data, curriculum development, preparing for OFSTED and developing phonics and Early Years provision.
We offer termly EYFS supervision for all school staff working within Early Years, in line with mandatory requirements. This is led by an Early Years Professional and former headteacher (EYPS, QTS, NPQH) who also holds ISCP accredited Certificates in Coaching.

Our tutors can offer English and maths 1:1 SEND support, small booster groups and support for students eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. Sessions are planned and resourced by tutors following consultation with staff, to ensure sessions lead to strong progress.
Our coach holds an ISCP accredited Certificate in Performance Coaching and Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Coaching. Coaching is available to school leaders at all levels and can be provided on a weekly basis, for a minimum of six 50-minute sessions.
Consultancy services can be bought in for a half day or full day session, or through a longer term commitment for an ongoing project requiring support.

Support with identified areas for development, including refining key priorities and developing a clear and actionable plan for addressing these. For schools in the inspection window, this visit can be tightly refined to align with the Ofsted inspection framework.
Support with implementing usable data systems, data analysis and creation of a useable system and process to ensure data is used to improve outcomes.
Support with curriculum development or an audit of current practice. This could include 'deep dive' discussions for subject leaders, with feedback and coaching provided.
Holding Early Years Professional Status, and having led a school's Early Years provision from Inadequate to Outstanding (maintained through two inspections) we are able to offer an audit of Early Years provision and support with next steps within Early Years settings and schools. A clear, actionable plan will be provided as part of an Early Years audit to support ongoing development in this area.
Holding ISCP (International Society for Coaching Psychology) accredited Certificates in Performance Coaching and Health and Wellbeing Coaching, coaching sessions can be offered to school leaders or to teachers via their school.
