How it works
Scholarship places
We believe every child with potential deserves access to quality 11+ preparation, regardless of financial circumstances.
Cranbrook School partnership
Sparks Education partner with Cranbrook School, who offer up to two fully-funded places for our virtual tuition course, per academic year. These are offered to students who meet all of the following criteria:
- The student is eligible for the Pupil Premium grant (is in receipt of Free School Meals, or has been in the past 6 years).
- The student attends a Cranbrook School state primary 'feeder' school.
- The student has the potential to be Grammar Assessed with tuition, and demonstrates an excellent attitude to learning.
Sparks Education scholarships
Sparks Education also accept scholarship applications from pupils outside of the Cranbrook catchment area, for those residing in Kent and aiming for a Kent Grammar School place. These places are fully funded by Sparks Education and can be applied for in the summer term of Year 4, by submitting an application via email.
